Marie-Laure Yaspo’s group has a long standing expertise in genome and omics studies, NGS data generation and bioinformatics analysis, carried out in the Vertebrate Genomics Department, and in her group „Gene Regulation and Systems Biology of Cancer“. Her lab has been one of the key groups in the human genome project, and has participated in a number of genomes (e.g. Chromosome 21, 1000genomes, ....), epigenomics  (Blueprint) and national and international cancer genomics consortia (Treat20, Treat20Plus melanoma (coordinator), UFOplan pediatric leukemias, ICGC-pediatric brain tumors, ICGC-prostate cancer). In Oncotrack, she is leading the work of WP1 and the overall integrative data analysis.
